April 10, 2018 Kevin Jurek, “Vision Stories: How to Set Up Your Organization for Successful Change”

One of the big reasons that organizational initiatives fail is that they are not fully supported by the people that will be helping with their implementation. A great tool to help prevent this lack of support is something called a “vision story.” In this interactive workshop, you will:

  • Learn what a vision story is
  • Discover the criteria that good vision stories meet
  • Review good vision story structure
  • Share thoughts on how a vision story can help you become more successful
