Alix added to this her 20+ years of business-to-business industrial sales experience and developed a philosophy for working with clients that allows her to help them move smoothly through the negotiations of the buying and selling process.

The latter required 90+ credit hours of education. In January 2014, Alix earned her Associate Broker license.
On the personal side, she has experience as a volunteer police officer, and enjoys beading jewelry for herself and as gifts for friends and relatives. Her idea of relaxing is to take a walk or curl up with a cat and a good book.

Debbi Coleman has been involved with community projects most of her adult life. She has been instrumental with developing programs such as; West Michigan Community Health Check, a free senior medical assessment program, Community and Outreach Programs for the University of Michigan, setting up the University of Michigan’s Quality Improvement Programs and expos, and currently Hope Network’s Wheels to Work and GoLux transportation initiatives.

Dr. Brush is the founder of Heaven at Home Pet Hospice. She is a graduate of Kalamazoo College (BA) and earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) at Michigan State University. As a practicing vet since 1998, she became involved in the movement toward in-home palliative care and euthanasia, beginning with her own 17-year-old rescue dog, Herkemer. Through her personal experience, she became a passionate advocate for peaceful at-home traditions. She is a member of the International Association for Animal Hospice & Palliative Care, the American Veterinarian Medical Association (AVMA), the MVMA, the WMVMA and the West Michigan Academy of Small Animal Practitioners (WMASAP).
