One of the big reasons that organizational initiatives fail is that they are not fully supported by the people that will be helping with their implementation. A great tool to help prevent this lack of support is something called a “vision story.” In this interactive workshop, you will:
- Learn what a vision story is
- Discover the criteria that good vision stories meet
- Review good vision story structure
- Share thoughts on how a vision story can help you become more successful
