Ken is the President and CEO of Pleune Service Company, a 100% employee-owned company based in Grand Rapids. Pleune is a Mechanical Contractor specializing in commercial & industrial HVAC installation, emergency service, and maintenance. After attending HVACR vocational training Ken started his career in the field in 1991. He joined Pleune in 1995 and has held a number of positions including Service Manager, General Manager, and COO. Ken is the Chairman of the Mechanical Board of Rules for the State of Michigan, a Construction Code Commissioner for the Bureau of Construction Codes, an Associated Builders and Contractors board member, and past president of the American Subcontractors Association of Michigan.
