At the young age of 14, when she thought she knew everything, her wise father encouraged her to read Dale Carnegie’s “How to Win Friends and Influence People.” Hmmm, what was he trying to tell her? Whatever it was, it was from this book that Dawnese developed a sense of purpose and a sincere desire to teach others how to become great leaders.

Dawnese began her professional career as a Junior High School English Teacher, but quickly turned entrepreneur for more freedom and flexibility as she became the Mom of three. Balancing family and work, she has started, built, and sold businesses for over 20 years. Now she focuses on others and their businesses, sharing with them how to GROW.
